IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
This agreement is between the user and Wuhan Enzhi Electronic Technology C (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) regarding the user’s downloading, installation, use, and copying of the SeeEasy (hereinafter referred to as the “software”) accompanying this agreement ) legal agreement.
1. Statement of Rights
All intellectual property rights of this “software”, and all information content related to “software”, including but not limited to: text expressions and their combinations, icons, graphic decorations, images, charts, colors, interface design, layout framework , relevant data, additional programs, printed materials or electronic documents are all owned by the company and are protected by the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China, international copyright treaties and other relevant intellectual property laws and regulations.
2. Scope of License
2.1 Download, installation and use: This software is free software, and users can download, install and use this software for non-commercial and unlimited quantities.
2.2 Reproduction, distribution and dissemination: Users may reproduce, distribute and disseminate this software product in unlimited quantities on a non-commercial basis. However, you must ensure that every reproduction, distribution and transmission is complete and true, including all software, electronic documentation, copyrights and trademarks related to this software product, including this agreement.
3. Rights restrictions
3.1 Prohibition of reverse engineering, decompilation and disassembly: the user shall not reverse engineer this software product (Reverse Engineer), decompile (Decompile) or disassemble (Disassemble), and must not modify any resources compiled in the program file. Except for the above-mentioned activities that are expressly stipulated by laws and regulations, users must abide by the restrictions of this agreement.
3.2 Partitioning of components: This software product is licensed as a single product, and the user may not separate each part for any purpose.
3.3 Non-commercial use: This software is free software, and users are not allowed to sell, copy, or distribute it commercially, including but not limited to software sales, pre-installation, and bundling.
3.4 Rights reserved: All other rights not expressly authorized by this agreement are still owned by the company, and users must obtain the written consent of the company when using other rights.
4. User Instructions
4.1 This software provides services such as user registration, login, device addition, preview, playback, intercom, and alarm push. The company will reserve the right to adjust the service content and service method from time to time. If you do not accept the adjusted service content and service method, please stop using the software.
4.2 This software is only applicable to Android/ IOS operating systems. If the user wants to give up using this software for any reason after installing it, he can uninstall this software.
4.3 The network usage fee and traffic fee incurred during the use of this software shall be paid by the user to the network service provider.
4.4 The company provides product and technical support for this software, please upgrade the software to the latest version in time. After the new version is launched, the old version will no longer be maintained, and the company reserves the right to stop and continue to support and maintain a certain version.
4.5 Software modification and upgrade: The company reserves the right to provide users with modified and upgraded versions of this software.
4.6 Product accompanying: The user hereby agrees that, in order to improve the user experience, the company can attach other related products of the company to the software for the user to download and install independently.
4.7 This software does not contain any malicious code designed to destroy the user’s operating system data and obtain user privacy information, nor does it contain any functional code for tracking and monitoring the user’s operating system, nor does it monitor the user’s online or offline behavior. Personal information such as other software and documents used by users will be collected, and user privacy will not be leaked.
4.8 Users should use this software in compliance with the law and this agreement. Users are not authorized to perform actions including but not limited to the following:
4.8.1 All rights management electronic information on the Software shall not be deleted or altered;
4.8.2 Do not intentionally avoid or destroy the technical measures taken by the copyright owner to protect the copyright of the software;
4.8.3 Users shall not use this software to mislead or deceive others;
4.8.4 In violation of national regulations, delete, modify, add, or interfere with the functions of the operating system, resulting in the operating system not running normally;
4.8.5 Destroy the normal operation of the software system or website, and deliberately spread computer viruses and other destructive programs
4.8.6 Any other behavior that endangers computer information network security;
4.9 For this software product downloaded from a site not designated by the company and obtained from a medium not issued by the company, the company cannot guarantee the security of the software. The use of such software may lead to unpredictable risks. Users are advised not to download, install and use it easily, and the company does not assume any legal responsibility arising therefrom.
4.10 Any pictures, videos, applications or other materials uploaded, published, transmitted, shared, downloaded through the services provided by this software, whether public or private, shall be the responsibility of the user. Users shall independently assume legal responsibility for their own actions on this software.
4.11 Any content uploaded, published, transmitted, shared, shared or downloaded by users using this software shall comply with the relevant provisions of current national laws and regulations, and shall not contain the following content:
4.11.1 Violating the basic principles determined by the Constitution; containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations;
4.11.2 Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
4.11.3 Those who damage the honor and interests of the country, and those who attack the party, the government and its leaders;
4.11.4 Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
4.11.5 Those who incite illegal assemblies, associations, processions, demonstrations, or gatherings to disrupt social order, or act in the name of illegal civil organizations;
4.11.6 Those who undermine the national religious policy and promote cults and feudal superstitions;
4.11.7 Spreading rumors or false news, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;
4.11.8 Spreading reactionary, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crime;
4.11.9 False, harassing, insulting, threatening, hurtful, provocative, vulgar information;
4.11.10 Violating the traditional virtues, social morals, ethics, and socialist spiritual civilization of the Chinese nation;
4.11.11 Remarks and messages that promote racial discrimination and undermine national, ethnic and regional unity;
4.11.12 Infringing on others’ right to portrait, name, reputation, privacy or other personal rights;
4.11.13 Information that infringes the patent rights, copyrights, copyrights, trademark rights, reputation rights or any other legitimate rights and interests of any other third party.
4.11.14 Any other content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations and state regulations. Users shall bear all civil, administrative or criminal legal responsibilities arising from improper uploading, publishing, transmitting, sharing, sharing and downloading of information.
4.12 Privacy Protection

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

In case of incompatibility and software errors, users can call the technical support phone or log in to the company’s official website to report the situation to the company for technical support. 5.2 The risk of using this software product shall be borne by the user. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, damages and risks arising from the use or inability to use this software, including but not limited to direct or indirect personal damage, loss of commercial profits, The company does not assume any responsibility for trade interruption, loss of business information or any other economic loss.
5.3 The company does not guarantee that it will be suitable for the user’s use requirements and expectations; it does not guarantee that it will not be interfered or maliciously attacked; it does not guarantee that the service quality is timely, safe, reliable or error-free.
5.4 If the account or password is lost, information is leaked, data is lost, or the account is banned or closed for cleaning due to the user’s recording, publishing, transmitting, sharing, sharing, illegal use, etc. or other negligent behavior, the user shall You are solely responsible for the relevant consequences and corresponding legal responsibilities.
5.5 The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from telecommunication system or Internet network failure, operating system failure or virus, information corruption or loss, operating system problem or any other force majeure.
5.6 If the user violates the provisions of this agreement, the company has the right to take measures including but not limited to interrupting the use license, stopping the provision of services, restricting the use, and pursuing legal investigations.
6. Legal and Dispute Resolution
6.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
6.2 Any dispute arising from or related to this agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation by all parties; if the negotiation fails, either party may submit the relevant dispute to the court of the defendant’s domicile for settlement.
7. Other Terms
7.1 If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason in whole or in part, or violates any applicable law, that provision shall be deemed deleted, but the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in force and binding.
